Refund Policy

1. Review before you subscribe

You can sign in with Google and explore the platform, the department views, and the plan comparison before paying. We recommend confirming that Ever Gauzy covers the departments and workflows you need before you subscribe.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. If a monthly subscription is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of the first payment of a period and we will refund that period, provided the included usage has not been substantially consumed.

Renewal payments for periods that have already started are not refundable.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at a discount. If you contact us within 14 days of the initial annual payment and have not substantially used the plan, we will refund the payment in full.

After that window, annual payments are not refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; you keep access to the plan until then, and no further payments are taken.

5. What is not refundable

The following are outside our refund policy:

• Periods that have already been used or substantially consumed.
• Add-on services or professional services delivered on a fixed-fee basis.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.

6. Billing disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions are resolved within one business day, and we can usually correct the problem faster than a chargeback process.
