Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to evergauzy.lol and the Ever Gauzy workspace (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the Google account you use, for keeping access to it secure, and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval you choose (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes apply to the next billing period and we will make them visible before they take effect.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your plan active until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe the rights of others, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Probe, scan, or overload the Service, or work around usage limits and subscription checks.
• Resell or rebrand the Service without a written agreement with us.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the business data you enter into the workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data so we can operate the Service for you.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, add, or remove features, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance or security reasons.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Ever Gauzy is a management tool: accounting, payroll, tax, and legal outcomes remain your responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if your account creates risk for other users or for the Service.
